Returns & Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

Effective January 1, 2026, Torque Fashion will operate as a store-credit-only return policy. No refunds to original form of payment will be issued.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
Shipped Returns & Restocking Fee

If a return is received outside of the 14-day return window, it may still be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, deducted from the store credit issued.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How Will I Receive My Refund?

All approved returns are issued as store credit only - effective 1/1/2026

Store credit will be provided in the form of a Torque Fashion digital gift card and sent to the email address associated with your order.

Store credit never expires and can be used both in-store and online.

Refunds will not be issued to the original form of payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on lingerie or bodysuits, jewelry, accessories, or hats for hygienic reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
